Bio- These tiny dragon kin live in large tribes on swampy islands in the dragon lands. they reproduce quickly and scour their domains for food, ruining the land. Sometimes this forces them to migrate so they dont set up permanent fortifications. They ambush humans and animals using their numbers as an advantage.
Attacks-
Weapon use - kobolds can use weapons and make standard attacks with them for 8 damage. (Block)
Savage assault - the kobold dives up to 15ft at a target and attacks with a melee weapon dealing 12 damage. (Dodge)
Savage kick- the kobold dives up to 15ft at a target and kicks them for 8 bludgeoning dmg + knocking them prone if they fail a DC 13 Lift. the kobold lands on top of them. (Dodge)
vicious bite - the kobold bites a target latching on dealing 6 damage / round and is still able to attack and defend, DC 13 lift will remove the kobold which is then considered grappled by the target. (Analyze)
Abilities –
Overwhelm - when kobolds outnumber an opponent by attacking it in the same round they each gain +1 to Hit on all their attacks
Scatter - when targeted by area of effect attacks, kobolds can spend 1 AP out of turn to leave the area by losing 2 AP on the following turn.
Mud Stomp - when a target is prone, kobolds making melee attacks on that target gain +2 damage and the target must remove the kobold before standing
Dragon Blood - kobolds gain a resistance of 10 to a single damage type depending on the type of dragon they are kin to
